This part mounts through the inside flange of the aluminum frame
Aluminum framed units with inside mounting provide an extremely low profile flush look. This mounting style requires at least 1/2" of panel thickness. If you do not have this wall thickness available, you must add build up strips around the inside of your cutout.

Inside Mounting (with 1/2" of Fiberglass)
- Carefully measure and cut your hole cutout.
- Evaluate wall thickness to confirm 1/2" of material to screw in to.
- Place the box in to your cutout.
- Drill pilot holes through the pre-drilled holes on the inside flange of your tackle box.
- Fasten #6 x 1 1/4" screws in to your pilot holes until box is secure.
Inside Mounting (without 1/2" of Fiberglass)
- Carefully measure and cut your hole cutout.
- Screw mounting strips around the inside opening to build up your available wall thickness.
- Place the box in to your cut out.
- Drill pilot holes through the pre-drilled holes on the inside flange of your tackle box.
- Fasten #6 x 1 1/4" screws in to your pilot holes until box is secure.
