How much more torque than the average electric fillet knife?
Bill A on Mar 4, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hi Bill,

Great Question! I wouldn't necessarily say that it has more "torque" than other electric knives but what makes bubba blade different is the no slip rubberized handle and the high carbon stainless steel blades that are finished with a titanium nitrade coating making the blades extremely corrosion resistant and they stay extremely sharp.
Is it 12 volt?
Lewis R on Mar 4, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hi Lewis, good question. The electric bubba blade you are looking at 110 volt with an 8' cord that would plug into a wall socket.

possible inverter from 12V to 110V
