Could not find this product anywhere at plumbing supply houses. When I saw Boat Outfitters I thought this cannot be a supplier of a part that fits a Corion sink. But it was and I received the product in 3 days.

I am very pleased.

I could have fixed my sink without this part!

Perfect fit and easy to do. Just make sure you silicone the fitting in place and that it’s cured before attaching the tube.

Surprised
Surprised to be able to get this part 28 years after the Corian sinks were installed. It fit perfectly and was easy to install.

Great Service!
I ordered this part and had it shipped USPS. After a week I checked to see when it may be delivered. Records said it was dropped off at our university mail room. After intense searching and questioning I was unable to find it and asked how I could get another one sent. Michael said he would send another one out no charge and did. A day before the 2nd one arrived, the 1st one found its way to my shop. We immediately put it on the sink and got that operatory back into service. The next day, the 2nd one arrived. Finally realizing that we did receive the first one too I called Michael and explained that I would be happy to pay for 2nd one as well. Michael went out of his way to make me happy and should be recognized for it! Great job Michael!

Corian Sink 810
The overflow tube connects to a "downspout looking male small tube" under and to the rear of the sink. Do you carry that part? Thanks

Great Product
I went to at least five local plumbing companies looking for this product. Some of the employees had been in the business 15 years plus and had never seen this type of overflow tube. One of the shops had the good sense to go on line and do a search and came up with Boat Outfitters. He showed me a picture and gave me the information. I went home and ordered the tube. It arrived in a few days and I installed it. The picture was identical to the one that I had and was exactly as shown. Great service, great product.

Which side of the the donut on the corian overflow tube goes up (towards bottom of sink)? The larger circumference side with the glued on black gasket or the narrow side? Do both red fiber gaskets go on the bottom over the nut? I also have a tapered rubber ring seal that seems to fit into the bottom of the sink drain. Can I use silicone between the gaskets since I cannot seem to keep this part from leaking in tests prior to installing.

I will need to replace one of these overflows on one of our sinks due a leak on a small crack on the drain pipe side. What sort of adhesive if any will I need to use on the sink bottom, plumbers putty? I know there is a rubber gasket but there is some gunk around it from when the original was installed. So I do not know if it needs any other sealant besides the rubber gasket. Thanks for any helpful info.

BEST ANSWER: Hi Cano, great question. We don't suggest using any sealant for these drain tubes. As long as the surface on the sink is clean (where the rubber seal contacts the sink) then you should have no issues with the drain tube sealing at the sink/pipe. Thank you!
We have a new Corian double bowl kitchen sink. Unfortunately, I walked away from the sink when someone came to the door and the sink overflowed ---- a real mess. I now want an overflow!!!! Do you recommend drilling holes in the kitchen sink bowls and adding the over-flow device? I've seen in some European kitchen sinks with a stainless steel ring covering the overflow hole on the inside of the sink. Does your connection work with a stainless steel strainer or does it only cover the hole? One other thing,
to what do you connect the tube? The examples I've seen connect the overflow tube to the drain flanges (but we bought new drain flanges and don't want to buy others) and I'd rather the overflow tubes connect to 'pipes' under the sink. What do you recommend. Thanks, EAL

BEST ANSWER: Great question! The overflow tube is designed to connect to a 90-degree elbow that is also included in the kit. The elbow then connects to a hole in the sink, which connects to the overflow tube. From there, you plumb the tube to the drain pipe for the bottom of the sink. If you have additional questions, we would love to help. Please feel free to give us a call.
I have a cracked corian overflow tube. Can you provide the dimensions of the opening where it fits to the bottom of the Corian sink? Thanks.
Wilson L on Jul 3, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hey Wilson, great question. This part fits Corian sinks with a 1-3/4" diameter sink drain opening. This part is compatible with model 810, 815, 816 & 820 Buildasurface.com corian sinks. Thanks!
How does the 90 degree elbow for the Corian Overflow tube actually "attach" to the sink. In my case, the sink has a hole for the elbow, but the elbow is enough smaller than the hole so a PVC glue won't work. On my other corian sink, it looks like it was attached/sealed with some sort of rubber cement?
jim s on Dec 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Jim, Great question! That 90-degree elbow should fit through the overflow hole already existing in your sink, and be attached using a glue or pipe cement, it is a standard size elbow. If the elbow is too small then you would most likely, have to go to a home improvement/ plumbing store and get an adapter to fit the elbow and make it larger. This is the only size elbow we carry for Corian sinks.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 866-633-7961. Thank you.
Do you supply overflow tubes for older corian bathroom sinks? My two sinks are 20 years old. The overflow holes are rectangular ovals and there is a plastic box on the underside (to which the tube is attached) that has become detached from each sink. I want to replace the entire assembly on each sink.
Lynne J on Feb 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Lynne, this is a great question. Unfortunately the plastic box style of overflow tube is no longer available (I have searched hi and low with no luck yet). If you can re-use your overflow plastic box, then the tube and fitting should work well for you. Thank you!
I understand about attaching elbow firs. But how do I remove the drain time and fitting from the sink itself?
