Anchor line
I had to cut loose my anchor on a fishing trip that left me short of line. I picked this up at Boat Outfitters and it is exactly as described. This line doesn’t retain water the way my old one did. If I hold it with a firm hand as I coil it the water wrings right out and it dries much quicker. I wasn’t expecting that.

Good product and price.
Just rigged it up on the boat. 4 stars because the spool that the line was around was split when delivered. This Caused a big tangle. Other than that a great anchor line. Held the anchor well while fishing.

My boat has electric windlass..32ft ..12000 lbs..what anchor line would be best ..3/8 or 5/8?
Thomas D on May 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: 5/8 make sure you have atleast 10 to 15 foot of chain.
Is it for a windlass ?
Matthew C on Feb 18, 2019
BEST ANSWER: My experience is that it is not. Check your windlass directions and it should tell you what type of line should be used. If it's old, you can probably still find directions on it searching the web...
