Should be a better product for $50 each.
I have to replace these hinges every season. This is the third set I have installed. I would go with gemlux if I did not have to redrill holes. All my other hinges and latches are gemlux and have had no issues. The Southco hinges rust out internally every year. Until they rust out...they work great.
