Replacements door trucks + tracks refit
The old trucks on my door were completely busted. Advice posted on the boat outfitters website indicated I needed to purchase new tracks as well since new trucks wouldn't work in the old style. So I bought all new. After carefully removing everything, the replacement bottom track really was not going to fit properly. After testing a bit it appears the new btm trucks would glide in the old track. Reinstalled everything -all seems to work. In the end the door opeates great but I ended up with a $80 "spare" piece stashed in the closet. Better pictures or guidance would be helpful.

Above you show a CAD drawing of the track roller, very nice I needed those dimensions. Now can you give us the same type of drawing of the top and bottom plastic tracks?

I have a 91 Wellcraft 340 Gran Sport with a 1/2" thick Acrylic Sliding door. My door has 2 trucks on the bottom and 2 trucks on the top. Looking at the pictures it appears as though the Truck A is what I need. Can you provide exact height or any other way to be sure that this would be the correct fit for my Gran Sport?
tom I on Dec 1, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Tom, Great question! Sorry for the late reply. I do not have a way to really check and see if this truck will exactly fit a Gran Sport. Your safest route is to refer to the attached link and see if it is an exact match for your current trucks.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 866-633-7961. Thank you.
What size trucks and how many do I need for my 2000 Sea Ray Sundancer 310 slidng cockpit door?
John H on Jul 13, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Great Questions John,

The best advice we can give is to double check the dimensions of your current door trucks to see if they will work. The general idea is that "A" trucks are used for the lower track of the door. Our B trucks are generally used for the upper tracks on doors that use this track system.

Thanks John!
How much weight can these trucks support?
Tommy on Jul 8, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hello Tom, the trucks really haven't been tested as far as breaking strength, these are part of a system designed for use on 1/2" bent acrylic sliding doors. There are typically 2 installed on the bottom the door panel. If you would like to discuss your application please feel free to give us a call and one of our sales associates would be happy to see what options we have available.
Do you know if these will fit my 1997 250 Sea Ray Sundancer entry Cabin door *lower track?
Larry M on Feb 7, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Larry, great question. In the majority of cases, the A trucks are used in the lower track. However, I cannot tell you with 100% certainty that this is the correct truck for your door. If you have an old style lower track (if your lower track is not identical to what we carry) then these A-trucks will not fit in your current track. You would need to replace the track as well as the trucks to repair your door. Please give us a call at 866-633-7961 for more detailed information. Thank you!
How many trucks are needed for SeaRay 410ec sliding cabin door (lower track)?
Rick S on Feb 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Rick, I am not sure if it is different for your model, but the VAST majority have two A-trucks for the lower track. I have never seen a door that had more or less trucks in the lower track. Thank you!
How wide is the top of the truck?
