SUPER DISAPPOINTED
KNOW THAT WHEN YOU RECIEVE YOUR SWIM PLATFORM, FROM BOAT OUTFITTERS, IT WILL COME HALF MANUFACTURED. THE PLATFORM IS NOT PRE-DRILLED, AND THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE WORTHLESS. PREMIUM PRICE, CRAPPY EXECUTION.

Response from Boat Outfitters
Hi Timothy, thank you for your review, and this is totally fair feedback. I just want to take a moment to address some of the concerns. There are a few reasons for how and why we send the swim platforms without mounting holes. In order for these to mount properly over a variety of transoms, we cannot pre-drill the mounting holes in the platform. This allows the customer to locate the brackets in the manner that works best for their specific transom (around any trim tabs, angles, cables, drains, curves, or steps in the transom), and then locate the mounting holes on the platform as necessary. We certainly do not want to be misleading, in any way, on any of the products we offer, and we truly appreciate your feedback . If there are any questions on our swim platforms, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! Thank you!

does this fit on a angled transom? Please send me mounting hole measurements
weston chandler on Feb 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi West, allow me to further clarify. The dimensions of the mounting holes vertically is 11". This is a fixed dimension. The width between the mounting holes is slightly adjustable as you will be able to locate the arms on the platform somewhere between the edges of the platform and the sides of the ladder. We do not pre-drill mounting holes for this as it allows you to locate the platform where you would like on the rails. Thank you!

I was wondering if this ladder will work with my Boston whaler 13’?
Jason on May 17, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hi Jason, this likely will not work on your 13' boston whaler without some modification. It would likely work better on the newer 13 than the classic 13. Thank you!
Does the bottom step telescope into the top step and does the steps fold up to lay flat of the starboard? Thanks Kelvin K.
Kelvin K on May 12, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hi Kelvin, the answer to both of your questions is Yes. The bottom step slides into the top one, and then they swing up and lay flat on top of the platform. Thank you!
