States it is OEM for the 230 Sport but my model Key West is the 2004 186 Sportsman CC, the dimensions seem to be spot on but as mine is cracked I cannot be 100%. Also, can this item be sourced without the lock? My hatch cracked in half this last weekend and the hinge and lock are in fine condition, I really just need the drilled hatch.

So we are primarily an OEM supplier to the boat builders and have built this part for Key West for years. We know that when this part was originally prototyped years ago for the 230. That said, boat builders (and Key West is not unique in this way) often utilize Sku's randomly from year to year across different models and often that information isn't even relayed back to us as the manufacturer/supplier (they just keep ordering the same part number).
While I can't confirm it, it would not surprise us at all to hear that this door also fits your 186 Sportsman CC.
Regarding purchasing the door without the latch, unfortunately there really wouldn't be a cost savings opportunity there. Its not a very expensive latch, so the time/cost to write up and run a special order through production to save a few bucks on the latch is really a push - might as well get the brand new latch!

will it fit my 2007 2300 CC Keywest? the decisions I have are a little different.
