Side rail Repair with 72" x .0.5" Teak Lumber
Difficult to find 72" teak at affordable prices but I got it here.
Side rail damage that occurred in boatyard.
Side rail repaired with purchased 0.5" teak. Because of the bend, I laminated two pieces.

Great Quality!
I was very pleased with the quality when it arrived. I used it to to replace some damaged teak on the toe rail of my sailboat. It looks great! I will definitely buy this again for other teak projects!

Excellent buy and timing.
My teak cockpit flooring rotted in several places. I bought a 36 inch length which gave me 3 strips for repair. The color is very close to the existing flooring. I only had to cut to length and width to replace the old wood. Looks great. Now another strip has rotted so I'm ordering another 3 ft strip for repairs.

Very Good Teak
The wood is dense, the grain is tight & straight, the color is consistent among all boards - all that I expected.

Very nice teak boards. Nice finish
The boards were shipped in a timely fashion. The thickness was precise. The material was easy to work with. One complaint...the edges were not square on all sides.

I’m using the teak to make a bathtub tray. Are the pieces perfectly straight? Do I need to seal the wood? Thanks
A A on Jul 26, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Great question. The teak is straight and finished on all 4 sides (not the cut ends). If you are using this in a wet environment, you will need to either seal the wood or oil the wood on a regular basis (once every 3-6 months). Thank you!
