Not as Pictured
This product has been "updated" it's now a two-piece system rather than a solid single piece. The two-piece system allows the bottom half to bounce around in heavy weather. Had I known this wasn't an exact replacement for the part I was replacing, I would have bought the correctly described product on Amazon for half the price. This unit will cause me to drill 3 new holes to accomodate the unit, leaving 3 empty holes in my boat.
