Return Policy

At BoatOutfitters.com, we stand behind the products we sell. If something isn’t quite right for your project —or just not what you expected— we’re here to help. You can return most items within 60 days for a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be in new, unused condition.
• Items should be in their original packaging with all included components.
• Special orders, built-to-order items, and cut lengths of material are not returnable
• Note: Most of our storage units are built to order and are only returnable if they were built incorrectly.
• Shipping and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or due to our error.
• Returned items must be received by Boat Outfitters within 14 days of receiving your RMA approval.
• You must follow the return process below and receive an RMA number to receive credit.

Return Process:

1. Confirm your item is returnable.
2. Complete the below RMA Form
3. Receive approval and RMA number (typically 1 business day)
4. Ship your items to us from your nearest post office or shipping service.
5. Receive your refund (typically 3-5 business days upon receipt)
