Wonderful shopping experience from beginning to end.
I am presently restoring a 1998 Proline 240. The gasket around the center console cuddy door was shot. This made it look and seal like new. So glad for companies like this. A great product at a reasonable price with fast shipping and great communication. Glad to do business with them.

Live well seal
Exactly what I needed. A bit expensive but I had no alternative. This is what the original live bait well lid used.

Seal fit well on Whaler door
I used the seal to replace the old black one on my 1999 Boston Whaler 26' Outrage center counsel door. After removing the old seal, I sanded, taped off and repainted the aluminum door frame with white "plasiti- coat" paint (poor man's powder coat) and then the used the 10 feet of 1/4" diameter seal and it worked perfectly.

BEST ANSWER: You would use a Single Flute Dovetail Router Bit and push in the seal into the T-Slot. Here's a link to the product: https://www.boatoutfitters.com/single-flute-dovetail-router-bit
