Installation Instructions
This part is supplied predrilled with inside mounting holes
Inside mounting allows you to mount your box without any visible fastenersThis mounting style requires at least 3/4" of panel thickness. If you do not have this wall thickness available, you must add build up strips around the inside of your cutout.
Evaluate wall thickness to confirm 3/4" of material to screw in to.
Place your box into your cutout.
Drill pilot holes through the pre-drilled holes on the inside flange of your tackle box.
Fasten #8 1 1/4" screws in to your pilot holes until box is secure.
Inside Mounting (without 3/4" of Fiberglass)
Carefully measure and cut your hole cutout.
Screw mounting strips around the inside opening to build up your available wall thickness.
Place the box in to your cut out.
Drill pilot holes through the pre-drilled holes on the inside flange of your tackle box .
Fasten #8 1 1/4" screws in to your pilot holes until boat storage box is secure.
