I know it says it under the "Key Features", but they send you the socket and you return it to the manufacturer for full refund. Is the socket sent from the manufacture and you simply return it to the return address on the box or are they sent from boat outfitters and they include return instructions. What is the typical shipping cost typically?
BEST ANSWER: Hello Bradford, we list the socket as an additional item to be purchased, once you install the rod holders if you would like to return the sockets you would just need to give us a call or fill out the return authorization found on the bottom of each page on the website for instructions on sending them back. Once we receive them you would be refunded the cost of sockets. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions or if there is anything else we can do for you.
