What grade stainless steel are these?

Do these hinges open fully to 180 degrees or only 90?

can you tell me the measurement between the holes centers and are they consistent? item SKU 058-3749

This product does have a consistent hole spacing on both sides of the pin assembly. The distance from top hole to top hole is 2.31". The spacing between the holes is 0.77 on one side. This is copied in the same way on the other side of the pin assembly.
