This is a relatively low profile rod rack design. It is advantageous because it will only stick out 2.4" from your console (great for boats with limited space). It is important however to confirm you don't have any grab rails or other obstructions above your mounting area that would interfere with stowed rods. (Rods will sit roughly 1.5" off your fiberglass)
